These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Xentrius Ltd websites, applications, and custodial digital infrastructure services (collectively, the "Services"). Xentrius Ltd is incorporated in Ghana and operates in emerging markets.
You must have authority to bind your institution or organization to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Xentrius provides custodial infrastructure. Private keys are generated, stored, and signed server-side under the Zero Sight Protocol. Users do not control private keys or seed phrases. You acknowledge that custody, access controls, and transaction approval flows are managed by Xentrius.
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, partners, or regulatory obligations.
You agree to comply with applicable laws, including financial services, data protection, and sanctions regulations. Where required, you will complete KYC or institutional verification processes.
The Services and all related content are owned by Xentrius Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xentrius Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profits.
We may update these Terms and the Services from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
